Return Policy

Returns

We offer 100% free returns within 30 days, provided your purchase is unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please email contact@giftsbyjesus.com with your order number to start the refund process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@giftsbyjesus.com for assistance.
