At Gifts by Jesus, we offer free and easy exchanges and returns—no questions asked!

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@giftsbyjesus.com. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You should receive the refund back into your account within 3-5 banking days from the day it was processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is being processed.

Email Notifications

We will keep you informed throughout the return process:

1. Return Received: Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality checks, you will receive an email confirmation.
2. Refund Processed: You will receive another email when your refund is being processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, you will receive a notification when your exchange item has been packed and shipped. Most replacement or exchange orders are delivered within 7 days from the day they are processed. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link in a separate email as soon as your order ships.
